Melina Ghotanian is an Associate at Berzack Investment Property Advisors and an Associate of Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura. An entrepreneur who owns and manages her own multifamily property portfolio, Ms. Ghotanian has established a proven track record creating wealth through commercial real estate investment for her clients. As a commercial real estate broker, she represents buyers and sellers, providing detailed asset analysis, dedicated transaction management and diligent follow through to ensure that sellers achieve maximum returns and buyers’ purchase decisions are fully aligned with their investment goals.

Career History

Ms. Ghotanian began amassing her own portfolio of investment properties more than 15 years ago while holding senior IT positions directing, developing, designing and delivering IT solutions for Fortune 500 companies. She provided IT services to real estate development companies and financial institutions prior to transitioning to a full-time career in commercial real estate brokerage.Her combined experience provides clients with expertise in lead generation to maximize buyer pools and project management to ensure the swift and seamless completion of transactions, large and small.Ms. Ghotanian is a founding member of ME TENNIS, a program in the San Fernando Valley that offers kids ages 4-10 a great opportunity to learn tennis.
